Radoux-Ferrière

Barrel Head Carving of Stephane's Grand Father, Robert Radoux Founder of the cooperage in 1947.

What makes this wine different?

-Great value for luxury premium wine
-Made for collecting
-Mountain grown and Napa made
-Suited for red sauce dishes, strong cheese, and salmon
-Rare to find a Bordeaux style blend with Syrah

A simple understated logo and label, using red and gold in and an elegant design capture the owners involvement in the industry; A barrel for the Radoux name, and a vine tendril for Ferrière embossed on a heavy cream stock. Jewel like initials, and a bold simple font for the brand name, all centered on a traditional Bordeaux cut corner label, placed upon a very heavy bottle with an extremely deep punt (the original Bordeaux bottle during in the 19th century), with an extremely thick and rich crimson capsule. Each bottle is numbered for collectors, and the four varietal percentage is on the back.

In a small way we promote how two great cultures can benefit from each other’s strengths. This has become a pivotal part of this dream and an important part of our story.

"The love of wine and the cooperage industry has been a proud Radoux family tradition beginning with my grandfather Robert, and passed to my father Christian. It began in-between Cognac and Bordeaux in a town named Jonzac amidst the vines and with a firm understanding of the harmony between wine and wood. Since the creation of “Tonnelerie-Radoux” in 1947 the Radoux name has stood for quality world wide and a staple of fine wine making.I am proud to continue the tradition of pride and quality in my own way with this partnership and this brand. At Radoux-Ferriere, we understand that making a great wine is the sum experience of a life’s passion. Choosing the best French Oak of the tightest grain, understanding the barrel aging process and toast selection is only part of the journey. We set out to create a wine that combined the best of the old world and the best of the new world, an affordable luxury premium wine, and one that would express too the world the harmony that can be created when two cultures come together, with the goal of creating a world class product; A wine “Where French tradition flows with California style”.Thank you for your patronage and sharing in the vision of our brand. Enjoy~
